I figured out that my camera takes better video than my flip video camera but I couldn't figure out how to convert the file to a .avi file. A quick google search this morning, a download of free software and...voila! I have converted video files that I can post.
Here is a video of Courtney's Pizazz dance this year. I did a pretty good job keeping her in the middle of the screen, so you should be able to follow her. I don't know how she keeps from getting dizzy, but she seems to love it!

Snow Canyon Game
Last night was Courtney's last half-time performance of the season. It was a home Snow Canyon game against Dixie. It was a huge game because Snow Canyon has to win the remainder of its games to get into the play-offs. Ethan quickly found Brennon...in the middle of the student section. I took their picture from far off. (The boys in front of Ethan and Brennon thought I was taking their picture. All the students were wearing their pjs so those boys thought they were so cool. What dorks!) After a while some girls asked the boys to move and they spent the rest of the game running around playing.
Courtney did a great job on her dance. She has a lot of fun doing these half-time performances.

The Church History Museum
After Ethan's basketball game on Saturday, we loaded in the van and drove to Salt Lake City. My cousin and her husband, Heather and Ethan, were blessing their baby on Sunday. We had heard about the new children's exhibits at the Church History Museum and decided to check it out. We got there at 4:25 p.m. and they were closing at 5 p.m. So we had time to look around the bottom floors quickly, run to the children's exhibits (which were really designed for younger children in mind) and then leave. It was fun and, honestly, I would like to go back and spend some more time looking at the exhibits. Maybe another time when we don't have impatient children with us.

The Last Basketball Game
Ethan had his last Snow Canyon Youth Hoops League games on Saturday. YEAH!! It wasn't the best experience ever but he kept with it and didn't quit. He played really well. Now we will have our Saturdays back and he is still playing on the Ivins League team for another month.

Another dance performance
Last Friday night Courtney danced at the halftime of the Snow Canyon vs. Desert Hills. It was a crazy game!! Snow Canyon should have won it. I really hate sitting in the home team section because I get kind of upset at all the dumb fans that have no idea what they are talking about. Bryan, however, loves it.
Anyway, Courtney did a great job and Ethan had a great time hanging out with Brennon. That's the perk of dancing in a Snow Canyon game...Ethan has a friend to play with (the coach's son). On Wednesday, Courtney dances at the Snow Canyon vs. Dixie game at home. That should be fun!

Courtney's No-So-Loose Teeth
Courtney is feeling a bit left out of the tooth fairy business. She has only lost 2 teeth and doesn't have any coming out in the near future. She wants to think that her top 2 teeth are loose but they aren't really. Sure, they move about a fraction of an millimeter if you really push on them but they aren't coming out any time soon.
Since she feels left out, Ethan took picture of her would-be loose teeth.

Another tooth gone!!
Ethan pulled another tooth! I went to bed early and Bryan was on the computer when Ethan came out of his room to let Bryan know that he had a loose tooth. Bryan doesn't like dealing with blood so he told Ethan not to pull it until I was awake the next day. Ethan decided he would take care of it himself so he went into the bathroom and pulled it out, used the hand towel to stop the blood and then showed Bryan what he had done. So now he has matching holes in his mouth.
When I got up this morning Ethan told me about it and ended by saying, "I got 50 cents from the tooth fairy which shows that the tooth fairy can function without you being awake." (He know about the tooth fairy stuff, obviously.)

Look! The pencil goes right through his mouth! hahaha
