Sunrise

 I go on a walk each morning really early and so I get to see the sunrise.  My camera never does it justice but I still try to take pictures.

Staining the bed

 Bryan and I stained the bed.  It turned out a little redder than we thought, but it's pretty.  I had to do 2 coats of stain after the wood conditioner to ensure there weren't splotches. I need to finish putting shellack on it and then we can put it in our room all together.

Snow Canyon

 Courtney has been running in Snow Canyon each day.  She takes me with her so she has someone who knows where she is.  I love it because the views are beautiful.  The only problem is when it's cold or raining.  But I enjoy taking pictures of the sights I see.

Working on our bed

 Bryan and I have been building a bed for our room.  We got a lot of it done today. I received a pocket hole jig for Christmas and we used it for this build, which was fun.  

My birthday

 I had a fun birthday. One of the YW leaders brought me a basket with some of my favorite things (with the help of Courtney).  

I also took the time to put together the garden boxes I bought last October.  I had fun putting them together.  Now I need to fill them.

For the older YW activity that night, we went to play pickleball.  The other leader brought cupcakes for my birthday.  It was a fun day!

Playing in the Rain

 It rained and Courtney decided to go outside in play in it.  She got pretty wet but had a blast!

She's free!

We are done with quarantine but we are still trying to take it easy.  Courtney, however, was ready to get out and be free!  She and 2 friends decided to go up to Pine Valley to play for the afternoon.  One of her friends wanted to tube while they were there but the other friend didn't want to.  So they went up and took pictures and played in the snow.  They are cute girls and have a lot of fun together.  When the finished in the snow, they went to the Larsens and had hot chocolate to warm up.
