Pears

It is that time of year again....bottling time! There is a woman in Enterprise who has a connection to pears. Every year she has a bunch shipped in for those who want them. Last year we bought 2 boxes that were 40 pounds each and shares part of a box with my parents. This year we had some left so we only bought 1 box. Bryan and I stayed up last night and bottled.  We ended up with 11 quarts and 3 pints. Not bad. And they all sealed!!!
