Right after Valentine's Day she was able to finish her last book and earn her shirt (which is much cooler looking than Ethan's, if you ask Courtney). Yeah for all her hard work!

The 40 Club
At Lava Ridge Intermediate they have a program called the 40 Club. If kids read 40 books during the school year (and they have to be in certain genres and classifications) then they are able to get into the 40 Club. Ethan did this when he was at Lava Ridge and Courtney was excited to do it too.
Right after Valentine's Day she was able to finish her last book and earn her shirt (which is much cooler looking than Ethan's, if you ask Courtney). Yeah for all her hard work!
