Cleaning the basement

Now that we are getting things more finished in the basement, it was time to move things into place.  Bryan, Courtney and I moved the shelves (temporary ones until we build some in) into the library.  Then Courtney and I spent the day putting books on the shelves and, of course, looking at old books and movies.  It was so much fun to see everything again.  It has been boxed up for about 18 months while we worked on the basement, so some books haven't been accessible.  Courtney loved seeing her old friends.  And we found some fun treasures on the way.

In Courtney's old school stuff was a cute little declaration "I love Ethan" that she had written on the back of a school book.

We found Bryan's law books from law school.  Courtney found them pretty interesting and sat on the floor to read them for a while.

We also found old videos from preschool.  We had to watch it and Courtney recreated her Halloween costume pose.  I think she nailed it, both times!
