Finally

Courtney didn't get her teeth for a long time so it is taking a long time for them to fall out.  She has been working on this tooth for a while but it just wasn't coming out.  She was sitting in the living room working on it when she suddenly popped up and yelled "It came out!"  She was so excited!

Here is the hole (it's on the bottom left side).  The other tooth is already emerged so the baby one was really trying to hang on!
